Having a standby power system is in no way a guarantee of continuous power protection. Batteries, fans and other components do fail, and, without regular maintenance, could go unchecked and compromise your system. A planned program of maintenance should always be considered as an essential part of your standby power system.

All AG Power maintenance packages can include the following:-

• 24/7 engineer availability
• 24/7 telephone support
• Response time to site of 2, 4, 8 hours, or next working day
• A full Planned Preventative Maintenance Visit (in or out of hours)
• All call out and repair labour
• PReplacement parts
• Remote monitoring
• Planned battery replacement

Our service maintenance agreements include all the following:-

• Environmental checks
• Electrical Installation
• Electro Mechanical checks
• UPS Operation and Functionality
• Battery Assessments and discharge tests (Impedance testing as an option)
• Recommendations for remedial actions and/or upgrades
• Electronic copy of all reports

We have three levels of maintenance contract.
All Contracts include at least one Planned Preventative Maintenance Visit per contract year and a guarenteed response time to site.

• BASIC              All parts, labour and travelling will be chargeable.
• CORRECTIVE   The same as BASIC but all call out labour is included.
• EXTENSIVE      The same as CORRECTIVE but all parts are included.

AG are able to buy our spare parts direct from the manufacturer as well as attending comprehensive training for our engineers. We are therefore a natural source of UPS service for clients who have multi vendor equipment. Every manufacturer can be dealt with with just one phone call and one point of contact.
